Get off the mountain and out of town, cover some ground on a guided backcountry cross-country ski tours. See the beautiful mountains that surround Steamboat. Enjoy spectacular views of the Yampa Valley, mountain peaks and hopefully some wildlife.


You don't need any experience for this adventure, it is fun for all ages and abilities. Your guide will help you learn to kick and glide with style. The tours are catered to the client preference, physical ability, and weather conditions. Many trails have igloos built for warming up with a complimentary hot drink and a snack. Full Day tours include a fresh sandwich provided by the local Backcountry Provisions company.
